Hurricane screen AstroGuard is used to prolong the life your Hurricane Screens. Use on seams to dramatically increase the life of your hurricane screens.
AstroFlex is used for the repair of holes and tears in your hurricane screens.
Please read the following before attempting any application onto a hurricane screen!
Directions for use: Pour entire contents of ½ Pint can labeled activator into the Pint can labeled Astrolite. Mix with paint stick vigorously for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Warning: Once mixed and activation occurs, the can may feel warm to the touch. Please use caution and wear gloves at all times. This lets you know that the curing process has begun. Do not wait for material to warm up before using. Use immediately after the two minutes of stirring is finished.
Have all of you prep work completed before mixing the activator into the AstroFlex.
• Once activation occurs the mixture must be used within 45 minutes.
• Occasional stirring is recommended while the product is sitting. It is recommended that all prep-work if any is done before activation of AstroFlex occurs.
